My device will not turn on. What should I do?

First, inspect whether the device’s plug has been inserted correctly into the wall socket. If this does not solve the problem, please confirm if the socket to which you connect the My Dr. Müller device is live. If the device does not turn on, check whether the voltage indicated in the owner’s manual corresponds to you local main voltage. If the device does not turn on, please contact us.

Why does My Dr. Müller device display 20 on the timer screen?

The default time of our light therapy devices displays 20 minutes. The 20 minutes, is the optimal time needed to have visible results.

What should I do if one of the lamps breaks?

Our special Diamond Power LEDs are tested for durability and effectiveness. However, if one of the LEDs happens to break, do not use the device and contact us.

What should I do if my face starts to turn red during a session?
